26.2.2019 — The current road works on a 300-metre-long stretch on Českobrodská Street will continue until the end of June and the necessary traffic restrictions are in place. The area under reconstruction runs through Běchovice. The traffic restrictions affect the stretch on Českobrodská Street from Do Říčan Street to Dolnopočernická Street. The work will be done in two stages - the first on the northern half of the road, and the second on the southern half. Access will only be granted to the emergency services, Prague City buses, residents, and suppliers. Other vehicles must have permission to access the area.

19.10.2020 — Vedení města společně s městskou společností Prague City Tourism a ve spolupráci s Institutem plánování a rozvoje hlavního města Prahy připravilo Koncepci příjezdového cestovního ruchu hlavního města Prahy. Jejím smyslem je vybalancovat ekonomické přínosy turismu se strategickým zájmem města a jeho obyvatel. Nastavuje tak nový, komplexní a udržitelný přístup k problematice cestovního ruchu na území hlavního města. Koncepci ve čtvrtek 15. října 2020 jednomyslně schválili pražští zastupitelé.

4.8.2022 — Přípravy na mezinárodní událost Prague City Data Congress (PCDC), který se uskuteční v druhé polovině září v Praze, vrcholí. Letos se zaměří na klimatickou změnu a na příkladech z oblastí dopravy a veřejného prostoru představí řadu inteligentních řešení, která využívají data v projektech na ochranu klimatu. 7.6.2019 — From the 7th to the 9th of June, the traditional rowing race 'Pražské primátorky' will take place on the Vltava River with backing by the Mayor of the City of Prague. The most famous event of its kind in Prague, 'Pražské primátorky', was held for the first time in 1910, and has been held every year, with the exception of 1914 to 1918.

23.3.2019 — Prague City Gallery is preparing a very unusual concert. On the 26th of March in 'Dům U Kamenného zvonu' (The Stone Bell House) in 'Staroměstské náměstí' (Old Town Square), the British artist Lee Patterson will bring you the world of his art. This musician, sound artist and designer of experimental musical instruments could possibly be described as a sound sculptor. Patterson lives and works in Prestwich near Manchester, UK.

27.10.2020 — Technická správa komunikací hl. m. Prahy (TSK) announced two public contracts for the restoration of Prague's Libeň Bridge, management of the construction and coordination of the entire project. The aim of the first contract is to select a supplier of the construction works and related design and engineering services. The selection process will be carried out in accordance with the FIDIC - Yellow Book conditions (Design & Build project type). The second public contract aims to find a suitable construction manager and project coordinator.

2.4.2012 — Třetí ročník ženského tenisového turnaje Sparta Prague Open s dotací 100 000 USD se uskuteční od 14. do 20. května na antukových dvorcích TK Sparta Praha ve Stromovce a jeho pořadateli jsou jako v prvních dvou letech Český tenisový svaz a Tenisový klub Sparta.

15.8.2017 — Hlavní město Praha udělalo další krok k tomu, aby se zařadilo mezi světová Smart Cities, a to díky jednotné datové platformě, která je stěžejní součástí koncepce Smart Prague. Tento projekt zajistí přenos, ukládání, zpracování, zveřejňování a praktické použití dat pro efektivnější řízení města.

29.8.2020 — Matter of Art ('Bienále Ve věci umění') with the subtitle Come Closer ('Pojď blíž') is a new event with the ambition of becoming a biennale - an event that takes place every second year. The full programme takes place in the Prague Municipal Library in Mariánské Square until the 15th of November, offering guided tours, workshops, and discussions. Proximity and empathy are the two central motifs of the Matter of Art 2020. One of the main locations is the Municipal Library's exquisite exhibition halls in Prague's Old Town.

27.7.2006 — Téměř dvacet profesorů a vedoucích pracovníků z Maricopa Community College ve Phoenixu uvítal dnes odpoledne v Brožíkově síni pražský radní pro oblast školství Jan Štrof. Delegace přijela do naší metropole na dvoutýdenní návštěvu v rámci zahájení výměnného programu profesního rozvoje s pražskou školou Prague College.

9.1.2009 — Primátor hl. m. Prahy Pavel Bém se dnes večer zúčastní reprezentativního baletního představení, které se koná ve Státní opeře vždy v lednu – Prague Ballet Gala. Slavnostní večer je přehlídkou produkce baletní elity různých zemí světa. Program večera nabídne klasická i současná díla v originálních verzích mezinárodně uznávaných choreografů i díla nová, která vypovídají o zcela nových současných podobách baletu a tance.
